Don't be ashamed of who you are. That's your parent's job. If they can't accept you for you, that's their problem. All that matters is that you're you, and you love you. Everything else can deal with itself.
It doesn't matter who says or thinks what about you. No one knows you like you know you. Love yourself. Believe me, it's easier.
It doesn't matter what size you are, what your romantic interests are, what your personal identity is.
It's you. You are you. No one else can change that.
Accept yourself.
